Tempest of time (poems)

24. Lamp of Hopes
This is the introduction from my
philosophy landto the tone of life
when the future excesses are taking shape.
As if passing days in the calendar with balance,
you pushed some memories into oblivion!
Selfish thoughts as your attires,
thirst for power as a throne, you strut
in your style in haste or inattention!
You keep blaming the time,
dance affectedly on the screen before me!
When some invisible microbe
hurls you into discretion,
you becamea portrait restricted to the home.
Also, attached all the adjectives like
stone-hearted, vicious cycle to Corona,
exhibited your true nature!
Two thousand twenty taught us
that no pomp is needed,
applied bridle to the excessive freedom.
So you should till, mingling in soil, it said!
The sun carried a very ancientthought of victory
on shoulders, vied with the light of the moon.
I am the first day of year, my name is date one
January is my mother, I am a valuable boon.
I am the date one, a lamp of hopes I am!
